Our Mission

The mission of the Tanzania China Friendship Promotion Association (TCFPA) is to foster and strengthen the long-standing friendship and cooperation between the people of Tanzania and China. By promoting mutual understanding, cultural exchange, and socio-economic collaboration, TCFPA aims to build a solid foundation for sustainable and beneficial relationships between the two nations.

Our Objectives

TCFPA aims to enhance mutual understanding and appreciation through cultural exchanges, provide scholarships and facilitate academic collaborations, promote business partnerships and trade, improve healthcare services through partnerships, address and mitigate cultural and regulatory conflicts, engage the community in volunteer initiatives, support sustainable development projects, and increase public awareness about the benefits and opportunities of Tanzania-China relations.

Our mission is to strengthen the friendship and cooperation between Tanzania and China.

We regularly organize and participate in events that promote our mission, including seminars, cultural festivals, business forums, and educational tours.

On 4th March, 2024, Secretary General of TCFPA, Joseph Kahama, donated 23 hospital beds, worth approximately Tzs 16 million shillings to Ilemela District Hospital.

The beds were a present from the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, through their many initiatives to assist Tanzanian citizen’s quality of life, through better health and education.
